A delicious Polish tradition - like a pork-filled egg roll in a cabbage wrap

Make the mix delicious and put it in the fridge.

Seperate the cabbage into leaves, keeping the largest pieces. Chop off the very top & bottom, leaving about 1/2" flat-cut
Steam the cabbage until it's soft but not falling apart - about 5 minutes
Make the sauce delicious. Put it in the fridge.

Spread out one cabbage leaf at a time and put a spoonful of sauce into it
Now, put a spoonfull of meat mix on top of the sauce.
Roll it up into a small eggroll like shown. Put in a large pan with floating in sauce
Fill the pan and then put one large leaf on top of groups of rolls. This helps to keep the moisture in.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350F
Enjoy! Best served with potatoes and other vegetables.
