A delicious Polish tradition - like a pork-filled egg roll in a cabbage wrap

<p>Seperate the cabbage into leaves, keeping the largest pieces. Chop off the very top & bottom, leaving about 1/2" flat-cut</p>

<p>Steam the cabbage until it's soft but not falling apart - about 5 minutes</p>

<p>Make the sauce delicious. Put it in the fridge.</p>

<p>Spread out one cabbage leaf at a time and put a spoonful of sauce into it</p>

<p>Now, put a spoonfull of meat mix on top of the sauce.</p>

<p>Roll it up into a small eggroll like shown. Put in a large pan with floating in sauce</p>

<p>Fill the pan and then put one large leaf on top of groups of rolls. This helps to keep the moisture in.</p>

<p>Bake for 30 minutes at 350F</p>
