  2. <p>Seperate the cabbage into leaves, keeping the largest pieces. Chop off the very top &amp; bottom, leaving about 1/2" flat-cut</p>
  3. <p>Steam the cabbage until it's soft but not falling apart - about 5 minutes</p>

  5. <p>Spread out one cabbage leaf at a time and put a spoonful of sauce into it</p>
  6. <p>Now, put a spoonfull of meat mix on top of the sauce.</p>
  7. <p>Roll it up into a small eggroll like shown. Put in a large pan with floating in sauce</p>
  8. <p>Fill the pan and then put one large leaf on top of groups of rolls. This helps to keep the moisture in.</p>
  9. <p>Bake for 30 minutes at 350F</p>
  10. <p>Enjoy! Best served with potatoes and other vegetables.</p>
